Summary Description: The Management Division at Columbia Business School seeks to hire qualified applicants in a junior faculty position in the area of organizational design and organizational change.


Minimum Qualifications: Candidates should have outstanding research and teaching potential, and strong reference letters. Candidate should have, or be close to completing a PhD from an accredited institution, and should have a strong track record or demonstrate promise of becoming an outstanding scholar in every respect including research and teaching, and should combine exceptional disciplinary training with a strong interest in the professional mission of the school.

Preferred Qualifications:

As a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Council of Ivy Group Presidents (Ivy League), it is imperative that members of the Columbia University community, in all matters related to the intercollegiate athletics program, exhibit the highest professional standards and ethical behavior with regard to adherence to NCAA, Conference, University, and Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Physical Education rules and regulations.
