The Metro New York & Southern Connecticut HERC is currently housed in the Office of the Vice Provost for Diversity Initiatives at Columbia University and program administration is performed by Columbia University staff. Columbia University is responsible for the collection and deposit of annual membership fees and disbursement of such fees for necessary expenses of the Metro New York & Southern Connecticut HERC. Columbia University will not derive any revenue from the Metro New York & Southern Connecticut HERC.
